ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ေန႔ က်င္းပမႈ ေဒသခံမ်ား မေက်နပ္

ေနာ္ေဝေရာက္ ခ်င္းလူမ်ိဳးမ်ားကလဲ ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသား ေန႔ကို ေပ်ာ္႐ႊင္စြာ ဆင္ႏႊဲၾကပါတယ္

ဒီကေန႔ ေဖေဖၚဝါရီ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔မွာ က်ေရာက္တဲ့ ၆၄ ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသား ေန႔ကို ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသား ေတြ အားလုံး ေတာင္းဆိုတဲ့ ၾကားကပဲ လက္ရွိ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ အစိုးရက ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ေန႔ အျဖစ္ပဲ ဟားခါးၿမိဳ႕ ျပည္သူ႕ အားကစား ကြင္းမွာ က်င္းပ ေပးခဲ့ ပါတယ္။

၁၉၄၈ လြတ္လပ္ေရး ရၿပီး ေနာက္ပိုင္း တိုင္းအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရး စနစ္ကို ဖ်က္ၿပီး ဒီမိုကေရစီ စနစ္နဲ႔ အစားထိုး တဲ့ေန႔ကို ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသားေန႔ အျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္ ၿပီးေတာ့ ၁၉၇၄ ခုနစ္ အေျခခံ ဥပေဒ အရ ခ်င္းေဒသတိုင္းကို ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္အျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန္နဝါရီလ (၃) ရက္ေန႔ ကို ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ေန႔ အျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္တာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔ကိုေတာ့ ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသားေန႔လို႔ ခံယူထား တာေၾကာင့္ ေဒသခံေတြက မေက်နပ္ ၾကဘူးလို႔ ဟားခါးၿမိဳ႕ခံ ဦးဘန္လ်န္းက ဘီဘီစီကို ေျပာျပခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ခ်င္းျပည္ နယ္မွာ ခ်င္း အမ်ိဳးသား ေန႔ က်င္းပခြင့္ မရေပမယ့္ အိႏၵိယ ႏိုင္ငံကို ေရာက္ေနတဲ့ ခ်င္းတိုင္းရင္းသား ေတြကေတာ့ ခ်င္းအမ်ိဳးသားေန႔ကို နယူးေဒလီ အေနာက္ပိုင္းက ဘန္ဒါပူရ္ အရပ္မွာ တနလၤာေန႔က က်င္းပခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Chin State Assembly asks for 25 million kyat from central government

 – The Chin State Assembly on Tuesday approved a motion asking for 25 million kyat (about USD $31,645) from the central government to meet a budget shortfall.

Kyaw Nyein, a Chin Progressive Party MP and Chin State Forestry and Mines minister, said, “Chin State needs about six billion kyat. But, the central authorities have said Chin State is the state that begs too much, so we cannot ask for all of it. We will do with as much as we have.”

The Chin State Assembly speaker will officially submit the proposal to the Union monetary fund.

Chin State MP Zozam, chairman of the Chin National Party, told Mizzima that MPs discussed the budget after  Chin State Chief Minister Hung Ngai and the head of the budget department submitted the plan.

Up to 100,000 people in one of Burma’s poorest regions face starvation after renewed food shortages triggered by a bad harvest, a report due for release this week warns.

၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဴပ္ ဦးဟုန္းငိုင္း ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ အစိုးရအဖြဲ႔က ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္၏ ဆင္းရဲႏြမ္းပါးမႈကို လာမည့္ ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ (၃၅) ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းအထိ ေလ်ာ့ခ်ႏုိင္မည္ဟု ဟားခါးျမိဳ႕နယ္ အုပ္ခ်ဴပ္ေရးမွဴး ဦးေဆြခန္႔ထန္က ေျပာသည္။

ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ေအာက္တိုဘာ ၂၉ ရက္ေန႔က ဟားခါးျမိဳ႕တြင္ က်င္းပေသာ ဥပေဒ ပညာေပးေဟာေျပာပြဲအခမ္းအနားတြင္ ဦး ေဆြခန္႔ထန္က ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၏ ျပည္နယ္ ႏွင့္ တိုင္း ၁၄ ခုတြင္ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္သည္ ဆင္းရဲႏြမ္းပါးမႈ အျမင့္ဆံုးေျခအေနတြင္ ေရာက္ရွိေနျပီး ယင္းကိစၥကို လာမည့္ ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း (၃၅) ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းအထိ ေလ်ာ့ခ်ႏုိင္ရန္ ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖြဲ႔က ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း ေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။

“ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ရဲ့ ဆင္းရဲႏြမ္းပါးမူ အေျချပ ဇယား (၁၀၀) ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းမွာ (၇၃) ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းက ဆင္းရဲႏြမ္းပါးသူေတြ ျဖစ္ေန တယ္၊ ဒါေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္တို႔ အစိုးရအဖဲြ႔ကေန ေလ်ာ့ခ်ႏိုင္ဖို႔ ျပင္ဆင္ေနပါတယ္” ဟု ၎ကေျပာသည္။
